Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial. No charges are made during the trial period.

Billing: After your trial, you will be billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by Innovare, Inc and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including LinkedIn, email providers, and CRM systems. Your use of these integrations is subject to those platforms' respective terms of service.

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Specific results from using the Service
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with third-party platforms
• The accuracy of AI-generated content

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVARE, INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after 90 days

12. Governing Law

For US Users: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.

For EU/EEA/UK Users: These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main. You retain all rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
